and 6th course, during this 3rd term, have read an ebook (an
intercative book).
Each
student has used their laptop and headphones.
It has been an interesting and motivating activity for the students, as they reading and listening to the story at the same time. It has helped them to complete the book’s activities in an easy way.
This school year, during the “Jornades Culturals”, we celebrated Sant Jordi, the Saint Patron of both Catalonia and England!
During these days, we DID lots of different fun and amazing activities so we learned a lot about the legend and the tradition.
Students from Cicle Inicial went to the theatre to see the play “Georgina and the dragon”. It was an incredible way to learn English and see an original version of the legend.
Cicle Mitjà did collaborative activities around the Saint George legend. In groups, they played games like “Memory”, “Running dictation”, “How to be a writer” and other enjoyable games.
Finally, our students from Cicle Superior did a reading comprehension activity. They were given the legend of Saint George divided into different pieces of colored paper and they had to rearrange them and build the story.

This morning, Year 1 and Year 2 students went to Círcol Catòlic to see the play "Georgina and the dragon". Last week, we worked on the story, the songs, the vocabulary and the questions we could ask the actors.
The play was super funny! We enjoyed it very much. We laughed a lot with Georgina and the not-so-scary dragon. Some children took part in the story as vikings and pirates.
We had a great time!!!

Last Friday, March 24th, Year 3 and Year 4 students went to Círcol Catòlic to see the play "Robin Hood". Before that day, we had worked on the story, the songs, the vocabulary and the questions we could ask the actors. The play was a great opportunity to practise our skills in English.
The play was fantastic! We enjoyed it very much. We laughed a lot and we even participated in it. Some students took part in the story as Lady Marion, the Wicked Witch's crystal ball, peasants, the target at the archery competition and as Robin Hood.
We had a great time!!!
